Unfortunately, there wasn't anything that I particularly enjoyed about my recent hotel stay.

The cleanliness of the hotel was lacking, especially in my room. Despite several attempts to request clean bedding, my requests went unanswered.

It was supposed to be a romantic escape, but the only thing romantic about the hotel was the flickering lights on the sign outside. I can say that the bed was surprisingly comfortable and the location wasn't too far from the city center. Plus, the view from the window wasn't entirely unpleasant.

The hotel was nothing short of a disaster. the room was filthy, the bed cover was disgusting and when I called for it to be changed, I got no answer.

The hotel's location is convenient, with several attractions and restaurants in walking distance. Rooms are spacious and feature comfortable beds. Bathrooms are clean and include adequate amenities. the staff provides helpful service, and check-in is a breeze. the hotel includes a fitness center and a business center.

The breakfast provided is below average.

The Black Mount Hotel in Baku offered excellent customer service, comfortable rooms, delicious food, convenient location, and beautiful views of the city.
